Born and raised in Miami, Florida, I’ve always been drawn to the stories that define a place and its people. That curiosity led me to Florida International University, where I earned a degree in Arts and History — a foundation that shapes everything I write.

I don’t just observe what is happening today. I look for the cultural and historical threads that connect us across time, across communities, and across generations. That perspective, grounded in academic rigor and lived experience, is what sets this space apart.
