Xcent, a compact sedan, is the first of its kind from the maker in India. Hyundai wanted to stamp its presence in this segment, which, of late, has witnessed exponential growth. Even though it took Hyundai some time to debut in this segment, the Xcent has now made its mark in this segment in spite of fierce competition from the rivals like Honda Amaze and Maruti Swift DZire.

Other attractive features of the Hyundai Xcent include a spacious cabin, airy interiors and comfortable handling. The car comes with various first-in-class features offering comfort. Few of these features include rear AC vents, push start button, keyless entry and 1GB storage for music, and much more.

On the outside, Hyundai Xcent has a highly appealing appearance with its front fascia decorated with a set of sweptback headlamps, chrome plated radiator grille and an air dam in the trapezoidal shape, which is neatly blended with the body-colored front bumpers. In addition, the car features many desirable features like a well-designed rear end that offers it a balanced look. Unlike its competitors, the Xcent has a very appealing look and feel, and has everything in it to be a winner.

The Hyundai Xcent  price between 5.05 lakh and 7.79 lakh rupees. It comes in both diesel and petrol fuel options. The petrol variant runs on an 1197 cc 1.2L Kappa dual VTVT engine, capable of generating 82 bhp power and 114 Nm torque. It is mated either with a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 4-speed automatic transmission gearbox. On the other hand, an 1120 cc 1.1-liter U2 CRDi diesel engine powers the diesel variants. These engines offer a maximum power of 71 bhp and a peak torque of 180 Nm. It has a 5-speed manual transmission system. An added advantage of the Xcent is its high mileage of 18.9 kmpl.
